Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to manage IT support and SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the link between IT support and end-users while managing SaaS products
• Provide day-to-day computer support and handle hardware provisioning
• Monitor help requests and participate in Enterprise Solutions project work

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support experience
• Experience in both Windows and Mac support
• Familiarity with Google Workspace
• Knowledge of Okta, EntraID, and/or Windows Active Directory
• Experience with security tools such as multi-factor authentication
