Senior Subrogation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Subrogation Specialist to manage multi-line subrogation and collection files to maximize recovery of losses.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recovery files through investigation, negotiation, and litigation
• Assess subrogation viability and prepare reports and cost-benefit analyses
• Provide technical assistance and training on subrogation handling techniques

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6-10 years of claim or subrogation experience
• Preferred State Adjuster licenses
• Proven multi-jurisdictional and multi-line expertise in claims
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office and Excel
• Prior management experience preferred, but candidates with a desire to manage will be considered
