Senior Strategy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Strategy & Planning Manager to support company-wide planning efforts and shape the strategy for key customer segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead segment-level strategy and planning for a primary customer segment
• Contribute to company-wide strategic planning and define priorities with functional teams
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams to address challenges and opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, product, finance, or operations
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data tools such as SQL
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects independently from problem identification to execution
• Commercial acumen with an understanding of strategic decisions' impact on P&L
• Bachelor's degree and/or MBA preferred but not essential
