Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Strategic Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Final sign off on all work product
• Primary responsibility for client communication and updates
• Lead responsibility for Stewardship reporting and attending client events

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Strategic Account Manager with large clients
• Degree in Criminal Justice or related field
• Extensive knowledge of investigation and field operations
• Understanding of industry terminology and trends
• Strong conflict management skills
