Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Data Scientist to drive the direction and vision of a major data science initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and define the technical direction for significant data science initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Discover business opportunities through research and collaboration with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
• Spearhead the development and productionization of machine learning models, ensuring scalability and performance optimization

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in AI/ML, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI, with a proven track record of leading model development
• Profound experience and theoretical understanding of advanced quantitative methods in machine learning and deep learning
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor senior data scientists
• Extensive experience with SQL, Python, and machine learning frameworks
