Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Architect Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and define project scope and requirements
• Develops functional and technical specifications to support business and technology transformation projects
• Creates and supports proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience with Business Case Development / Business Modeling
• A minimum of 8 years of experience with HR / Recruiting experience
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with Project Management / Program Management in a client-facing capacity
• Proficiency in Value Architecture & Realization is a plus
• Previous Solution Architecture experience is a plus
