Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead the development of scalable config delivery services for Azure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement features to enhance performance and scalability of PubSub systems
• Coach teams on user requirements, project plans, and maintainable code practices
• Monitor system performance and guide engineers to improve product availability and reliability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline with 4+ years of coding experience in languages such as C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• 4+ years of experience in distributed systems
• Ability to meet security screening requirements
• 2+ years of people management experience preferred
• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of technical engineering experience is also acceptable
