Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of software development experience; 5+ years managing engineers
• Prior experience at a hypergrowth company; healthcare experience preferred
• Experience managing teams across a cloud-based tech stack (AWS preferred)
• Passion for developing engineers and managing teams
• Experience driving organization-wide initiatives to improve engineering outcomes
