Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop sophisticated AI agents to enhance productivity and decision-making
• Embed secure and scalable agentic capabilities into core Adaptive Planning features
• Lead the full AI development lifecycle from problem framing to continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related software development
• 5+ years of experience with Python and supporting numeric libraries
• 3+ years of experience in object-oriented programming in Java
• 2+ years of experience in machine learning and deep learning frameworks
