Senior Software Engineer - MLOps

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer specializing in MLOps.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop ML-powered features and infrastructure for HR & Talent product portfolio
• Build MLOps platform using Kubeflow and related frameworks for a unified ML development experience
• Design and implement cloud-based services, APIs, and monitoring systems for machine learning capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the ML domain with a Master's degree or 6+ years with a Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in designing and maintaining MLOps services using Kubeflow or similar platforms
• Professional experience in web applications, microservices, and API design
• 6+ years of cloud programming experience, preferably in Python or Go
• Experience with ML platforms like Databricks, Sagemaker, or VertexAI
