Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the development of a user interface and backend for Redpanda Console
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to identify key features and support needs
• Write clear documentation for user integration and review contributions from other developers

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding and experience with Go
• Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience working in an enterprise startup environment
• Strong empathy for user experience and ability to address user pain points
• Experience navigating large, complex domains and driving projects to success
