• Evaluate and optimize large language model behaviors and conversational flows for enterprise applications
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure contextually appropriate agent responses and trigger automated actions

Required Qualifications

• Experience with generative AI models and deep learning techniques
• Proficiency in modern development languages and machine learning/NLP processing tools
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
• Expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI technologies
• Experience integrating AI agents with backend systems and enterprise data sources
