Key Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to establish a culture of operational excellence inspired by industry best practices
• Implement team-driven ops rotation and efficacy measurement tied to monitoring and standard DevOps KPIs
• Facilitate adherence to DevOps, SRE, and security best practices during the development of new features and applications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 10+ years of industry experience as a software engineer
• 5+ years of experience in a senior DevOps or SRE role for large-scale consumer products
• Proficiency in the Amazon AWS ecosystem and hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools
• Experience configuring and operating CI/CD pipelines
