Key Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, tests, and maintains software applications and systems related to the insurance industry
• Provides technical leadership by mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews
• Analyzes technical problems, implements solutions, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Software or Application Development with a Bachelor's degree, or 6 years with a Master's degree
• Certifications such as Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP) or Professional Software Developer Certification (PSDC) are a plus
