Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Developer to support the U.S. Transportation Command Commercial Operations Integrated System.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain COINS application software using Java and related technologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Implement Agile methodologies and manage CI/CD pipelines while adhering to DevSecOps best practices

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in web-based software development
• Security + certification (or IAT level II equivalent)
• Strong proficiency in Java, JSP, and the Spring Framework
• Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools
• In-depth understanding of DevSecOps principles for containerized environments
