Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to guide Agile teams towards greater maturity and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and encourage continuous improvement
• Act as a translator between development teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration
• Take full accountability for outcomes, proactively identifying obstacles and implementing solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, preferably in technology or software product teams
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar) and team dynamics
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence without formal authority
• Track record of owning complex problem spaces and translating them into actionable solutions
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with proven executive presence
