Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise-level programs with moderate to high complexity and risk
• Facilitate Scrum events and support the Product Owner in backlog management
• Coach and mentor the Scrum team and ensure effective communication across teams

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• Experience with SDLC methodology and Agile/Scrum practices
• Experience in application and/or systems implementations or upgrades
• Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment
