Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-performance, secure, and scalable peer-to-peer networking protocols in Rust
• Develop distributed systems for effective communication and collaboration among decentralized AI nodes
• Ensure fault-tolerance and resilience in networked systems through testing and optimization

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Rust development, focusing on distributed systems or peer-to-peer networking
• Strong understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, WebRTC, and libp2p
• Experience in building scalable and resilient distributed systems
• Proficient in designing systems with security and fault-tolerance in mind
• Familiarity with decentralized technologies, including blockchain and cryptographic techniques
