Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to drive key results for post-sale teams by reducing churn and increasing expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an operating rhythm for post-sale motion, including forecasting and pipeline administration
• Manage project planning and rollout of new GTM processes to reduce churn and expand the customer base
• Identify gaps in GTM motion and utilize data to design recommendations and improvements

Required Qualifications

• Proven project management experience with the ability to balance large workloads
• Strong business aptitude with an understanding of marketing, sales, and customer success needs
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience analyzing large data sets
• Experience in key operations functions, including forecasting and compensation planning
• Experience with stakeholder management and communication
