Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Accountant who will support revenue accounting processes remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the revenue monthly close process, including reporting and analysis of revenue and accounts receivable
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and investigate discrepancies in revenue and accounts receivable
• Participate in improving internal controls and support periodic and annual audits related to revenue processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business required; CPA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in revenue accounting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and ASC 606
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and large data sets
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, Adaptive, and insurance billing is a plus
