Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Research Operations Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current recruiting workflows for monetization and ads research, identifying strengths and risks
• Engage with various stakeholders to gather input and align on priorities for participant access and compliance
• Develop and present a prioritized program plan to improve monetization research and recruiting processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Research Operations, particularly in recruiting for monetization and ads
• 5+ years of experience in planning and leading cross-functional process improvement projects
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end research recruitment lifecycle
• Proficiency in project management tools and research tools
• Strong knowledge of legal, privacy, and policy issues related to participant recruiting
