Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Quality and Training Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop site staffing plans and identify resource needs for research studies
• Create and manage training materials while coordinating communication between practices and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with regulations and provide mentorship to project teams to meet quality standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field, or an Associate degree with 4 years of relevant experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research, preferably with site management experience
• At least 4 years of experience in quality and regulatory oversight
• Minimum 4 years of experience in training and mentoring clinical research professionals
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and SharePoint
