Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Quality Data Analyst responsible for ensuring data accuracy and supporting HEDIS programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and validate the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of quality data sources for reporting
• Automate data gathering processes and validate data files received from contracted Health Plans
• Identify data-related issues, conduct root cause analyses, and facilitate resolutions with business leadership and technology teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or quantitative discipline required
• 7 years of business or healthcare experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis
• 5+ years of experience in HEDIS/Stars/Quality healthcare data
• Experience with SQL for reporting and analytic purposes
