Job Summary

• Drive cross-functional program execution from product inception through launch and post-launch analysis
• Maintain integrated release plans and timelines across teams, escalating risks and removing blockers proactively
• Ensure readiness for launches across all functions and foster a culture of delivery excellence and customer focus

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or a related field
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional programs from initiation through release and adoption
• Deep understanding of Agile development processes and tools (e.g., Jira, MS DevOps, Confluence)
• Demonstrated success in aligning go-to-market efforts with product development
• Experience with product marketing, customer enablement, or sales training is a strong plus
