Key Responsibilities

• Manage seamless execution of retailer and product launches to ensure zero-defect launches and meaningful business outcomes
• Enhance the consumer experience through data-driven analysis and innovative strategies to improve customer retention rates
• Partner with Product & Engineering teams to implement scalable tooling improvements and streamline processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, product management, or consulting
• Proven ability to lead initiatives across technical and non-technical teams in a fast-paced environment
• Data-driven problem solver with experience analyzing complex datasets
• Proficiency in SQL or equivalent
