Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager for the Bulgaria team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning process, including project plans, scope, schedule, and cost baselines
• Manage all aspects of the project, including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality
• Coordinate project communications and maintain project databases for efficient documentation handling

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of project management experience or 10 years plus 5 years in a technical role in the nuclear or construction industry
• AP1000 experience required
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline
• PMI Project Management Professional certification
• Familiarity with project management software tools (P6, SAP, ARM) and techniques, including Earned Value Management
