Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of business applications and data management projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects using Agile methodologies
• Drive end-to-end program execution, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Identify, track, and resolve issues while managing interdependencies across projects and teams

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in MIS or a related technical discipline
• 10 years of experience in program/project management with business applications and data warehouse
• Direct experience with Salesforce, Oracle Financials, UKG, or Snowflake
• Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Proven experience in driving cross-functional collaboration and leading teams
