Key Responsibilities

• Support program design, management, and administrative needs across multiple youth exchange programs
• Assist in grant management and the creation of program reports for funders
• Facilitate workshops and contribute to social media strategy to enhance program visibility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with two years of related work experience or a master's degree plus one year of related work
• Understanding of experiential education and youth empowerment pedagogies
• Experience with international programs and event management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online project management tools
• Arabic, Kurdish, or French language proficiency desired
