Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help define, prototype, and evolve the user experience of a modular internal platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate abstract workflows and business needs into wireframes, clickable prototypes, and detailed design specs
• Prepare designs for development handoff, ensuring visual and functional consistency across evolving screens
• Work closely with engineers and participate in sprint planning and design reviews to align with development timelines

Required Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience designing digital products or enterprise applications in multi-stakeholder or B2B environments
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI skills, particularly with internal tools or workflow-driven interfaces
• Experience with component-based design in Figma and the ability to work within or evolve a design system
• Ability to balance speed and precision while working in iterative cycles
• Collaborative mindset, especially when working with engineers and non-design stakeholders
