Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the entire production process from pre-production to final delivery, managing scheduling and logistics
• Operate remote cameras and run audio quality control for live and recorded productions
• Edit audio content and conduct research to develop engaging segments that drive listener engagement

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in podcast production, video editing, and social media content creation
• Proficiency with audio and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Strong research skills and ability to develop creative content segments
• Familiarity with YouTube platform dynamics and social media best practices
• Experience working in an in-studio environment
