Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in procurement or process operations
• 2-4 years of experience leading or supporting process improvements in a large organization
• 1-2 years of experience presenting to senior leaders in high-stakes settings
• Strong data fluency with experience in Excel and Power BI preferred
