Key Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes provider quality performance data to identify trends and gaps in care
• Assists in establishing performance standards and metrics, and develops workflows for accurate measurement
• Maintains knowledge of regulatory requirements and provides guidance and training to the quality team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• No supervisory experience required
• Master's Degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience preferred
