Senior Performance Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Performance Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate performance test plans and results to cross-functional teams and management
• Develop and run tests at scale to identify performance bottlenecks and anomalous behavior
• Root cause performance issues and collaborate with development teams for improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience focusing on performance/scale testing
• Expertise in designing and developing performance tests for data-intensive applications
• Hands-on experience with Cloud (AWS, Azure preferred) and Docker
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins
• Knowledge of resource management in Linux or Windows
