Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Tax Specialist Senior.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage US state and local tax registrations and ensure timely processing of tax filings
  • Maintain jurisdiction tax compliance and facilitate resolution of tax notices
  • Reconcile tax reports and advise management on tax liabilities and new laws
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
  • 5 years of experience with ADP Smart Compliance payroll tax and reporting
  • 5 years of multi-state and local U.S. payroll tax experience
  • 10+ years of payroll experience in a mid-to-large, high-volume, multi-state company
  • Certified Public Accountant preferred upon hire
