Senior Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst to support payroll operations with expertise in Workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-state payroll processing in Workday and perform required audits
• Analyze and process off-cycle pay, special payments, and adjustments
• Produce payroll-related reports and assist in the development of payroll policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 7 years of experience processing large multi-state payroll
• Strong working knowledge of payroll wage and hour laws and tax regulations
• Expertise in Workday Payroll
• Experience processing Canadian payrolls and knowledge of California payroll requirements
