• Proven success in leading partner marketing campaigns focusing on mid and bottom-of-funnel outcomes
• Strategic mindset balancing long-term partner growth with short-term results
• Experience in campaign attribution, performance analysis, and reporting
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments with fast-moving priorities
