Senior Mechanical Test Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Mechanical Test Engineer - Sodium Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead test planning and execution for the primary sodium pump design and deployment
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and develop system-level requirement documents
• Design instrumentation for testing and ensure collaboration between design and test engineers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of test engineering experience preferred
• Experience with alkali metals in a laboratory environment highly desired
• Familiarity with data acquisition and control system integration
• Experience in design and application of experimental hardware and instrumentation
