Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute user growth strategies for gaming partners on Arbitrum using traditional and Web3 marketing techniques
• Design and implement strategic growth incentive campaigns for the gaming ecosystem
• Serve as a strategic growth consultant to gaming partners, providing tailored solutions to enhance on-chain adoption

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional marketing experience in gaming and/or Web3 growth management
• In-depth knowledge of the Web3 gaming ecosystem
• Understanding of Web3 gaming user funnel challenges and cross-platform user journey
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work autonomously
• Ability to collaborate across time zones with global partners
