Senior Manager, Underwriting

Description:
• Leads a team of analysts to deliver high-quality insights and analytics to support business decisions ensuring organizational growth and industry advancement
• Develops and implements data-driven strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency achieving organization goals and key deliverables
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings for the organization
• Manages complex projects from creation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes within the project parameters
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in all analytics work to ensure accurate and responsible reporting
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, promoting a unified organization
• Implements improvements to processes and services by staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics
• Mentors and coaches team members to foster professional growth and development
• Communicates complex analytical findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner to ensure successful organizational continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• 7 + years experience in Analytics, Financials, underwriting, project management or similar role
• Experience within PBM industry preferred
• Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) preferred
• Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
• Adept at collaboration and teamwork
• Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
• Adept at business intelligence
