Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Technology Stack Operations (Remote in US).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational owner of the MSP technology stack, ensuring platforms are optimized and aligned to business needs
• Partner with teams to streamline workflows and lead automation initiatives to enhance efficiency
• Develop and manage a roadmap for MSP tools, evaluating new technologies for potential inclusion

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations or managed services, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Deep understanding of the MSP ecosystem, including ITSM and RMM tools
• Proven success in designing and executing tool strategies that improve service outcomes
• Experience with automation platforms and strong project management skills
• Prior hands-on experience with platforms like ConnectWise and IT Glue
