Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects across multiple teams
• 2+ years of informal leadership experience
• 2+ years of experience in IT and customer service
• Experience in analyzing and documenting business processes
• Healthcare domain experience and understanding of healthcare interfacing concepts preferred
