• Own and scale operational frameworks for onboarding, enablement, and performance tracking across the partner ecosystem
• Drive alignment across internal teams to ensure efficient and compliant partner support

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in Sales Operations, Partner Operations, or GTM program management
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a SaaS or technology company
• Strong background in process improvement and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with Salesforce and partner systems
• Ability to lead through influence and communicate effectively at all levels
