A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Advocacy & References.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Launch and manage the global Customer Advocacy & Reference Program
  • Build infrastructure and processes for a scalable reference program including peer references and customer testimonials
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to activate customer advocates
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in B2B customer marketing, advocacy, or reference programs
  • Proven success in launching global reference initiatives at SaaS or data companies
  • Experience with advocacy platforms and CRM tools
  • Comfortable interfacing with C-level customers
  • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing or sales
