Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Development and Construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to franchisees throughout the design, development, and construction process
• Establish and enforce project management processes to ensure timely and budget-compliant build outs
• Lead planning and execution of multiple studio construction projects while maintaining documentation and stakeholder communication

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of related experience required, preferably in a franchise business
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field strongly preferred
• Strong background in retail project management, construction, and design
• Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management
• In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building systems
