Senior Manager, IAM Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Infrastructure Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for infrastructure IAM, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity best practices and business goals
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of IAM engineers, overseeing daily operations and performance management
• Provide technical guidance on IAM solutions architecture and ensure the security and scalability of identity data access

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 7+ years in Identity and Access Management
• Minimum of 4+ years in a leadership role, with experience building and leading technical IAM teams
• Deep understanding of IAM principles and technologies, including MFA, SSO, and directory services
• Experience with IAM solutions for complex on-premise and multi-cloud environments
