Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of GTM compensation design, governance, and deployment
• Create and evolve Sales Incentive Plans in collaboration with Finance and People teams
• Manage the Winner's Circle GTM recognition program with GTM Leadership

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of industry experience with 8+ years in sales compensation strategy or administration
• Experience with compensation design in SaaS or high-growth environments
• Ability to build strong relationships and present recommendations to senior leaders
• Experience in problem-solving and making data-driven decisions
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
