Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the sales of integrated communication infrastructure solutions to enterprise customers
• Develop and manage sales promotions and incentive programs to drive performance
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in enterprise sales
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in telecommunications or technology
• Strong understanding of integrated communication solutions and enterprise customer needs
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams
