Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize agentic AI workflows for dynamic exploration of conversational insights
• Research and implement NLP and LLM-based approaches for extracting insights from unstructured text
• Develop LLM evaluation frameworks to assess model performance in production environments

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in NLP, LLMs, or agentic AI workflows in production
• Strong knowledge of ML frameworks and NLP libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
• Experience with text analysis, embeddings, and transformer-based architectures
• Passion for AI-driven innovation and a strong work ethic
