Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel / Team Lead (Commercial Law).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on international and EU law related to online travel services and digital platforms
• Lead and manage a team of in-house legal professionals and coordinate with external legal counsel
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex international contracts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Law degree from a reputable university; an LLM in international or EU law is an advantage
• 7+ years of post-qualification experience focused on international commercial law and digital services
• Proven experience managing legal teams or leading legal initiatives
• In-depth knowledge of EU law and international regulatory frameworks affecting digital platforms
• Fluent in English
