Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) - essential
• Two ServiceNow Certifications, including HAM and SAM
• Business Process Consultant (BPC) certification - essential
• Experience with SAM, HAM, and ITAM - essential
